The Houz.club app and website (together referred to as the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Houz. These Terms apply to all content, features, and services provided by Houz, and override any prior written or oral communications. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the Platform, limit Houz's liability, grant Houz certain rights, and permit Houz to modify, suspend, or terminate your access at any time. Your continued use of the Platform is expressly conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms.

Keep it Clean and Respectful

We are not a non-profit/ spam / commercial / advertising platform. We do not encourage any political or religious discussions on the platform.
Houz.club strongly discourages the use of offensive language, pornography or sexually explicit material, bullying/violence, hate speech, racism, or derogatory remarks of any kind against any person, whether they are a member of this community or not.
Do not share any compromising information related to your company.
Adherence to applicable laws all content, including without limitation, content that is uploaded, posted, commented on, or shared by you on our platform, must adhere to the laws of India, including without limitation, the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and, the Information Technology Act, 2000 along with all rules and amendments made under such laws. We cooperate with legal authorities and follow enforcement mechanisms in cases of breach of applicable laws.

Community Moderation and Reporting

If you come across any content or activity on Houz.club that violates our guidelines or applicable Indian laws, please report it to us at withyou@houz.club. Once we receive your email, we will promptly review the report. If the content is found to be unsuitable for our platform, we will remove it and may take further action, including banning user accounts. We actively moderate and take down content that spreads hate speech, abuse, promotes violence, illegal activities, or causes discomfort. While we value creative freedom, content that is intentionally harmful or disruptive has no place on our platform.

Communications

By using Houz.club, you agree to communicate with us electronically—through various modes including emails or notices posted on the site. You understand and accept that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Once you become a member, you allow us to reach out to you with updates, important information, and occasional promotional content. These communications are part of your experience on Houz.club.

Interactions and Disputes

Houz.club serves solely as a facilitator that enables introductions between users, including founders and independent consultants, for potential collaboration. We do not employ, endorse, control, or represent any consultant or user, nor are we a party to any discussions, agreements, transactions, or deliverables exchanged between them.

You acknowledge and agree that all interactions, communications, and engagements between users and consultants are conducted independently, at your own discretion and risk. Houz.club does not verify credentials, make recommendations, supervise work, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or outcomes of any services rendered.

In the event of any disagreement, dispute, or claim arising between you and another user or consultant, you expressly release Houz.club, its founders, employees, representatives, and affiliated entities from all liability, claims, demands, disputes, damages (actual or consequential), losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal and attorney's fees—whether known or unknown—arising directly or indirectly from such interactions.

We strongly encourage all parties to perform their own due diligence and enter into appropriate written agreements before engaging in any professional relationship.

You agree to use the platform in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and in line with these Terms. This includes refraining from:

Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
Sending unsolicited communications or promotional content

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
